Moss mining works best from the top down, and is an effective way of destroying a large vertical slice of terrain without a beacon. In this video we mine out a mountain chunk using moss, with the intention of 'sampling' a chunk and looking at ore distribution in a future video! In the meantime we look at how much coal and iron ore appears higher in the mountains, gather a whole load of moss, take a brief look at the statistics page, and silk touch some Emerald Ore!
